Early Autumn Signs.

Is an early autumn upon us? I went for a woodland wander in my local nature reserve last night to discover that some blackberries had already started to turn black and wild plums were falling off the trees around me. Usually this doesn’t happen until late August/September, so I was very surprised to see this. Maybe it was a very hot June which has caused this, or maybe the seasons are shifting. Without my nature wanders I would never have noticed this. It is so important for everyone to not lose their connection with nature, and the real world going on around them. Get out there and indulge in some forest bathing.
